According to a customer survey from the German institute for service quality done by order of the news channel N-TV, family business Wöhrl has the most satisfied costumers in Germany. 3,467 people participated in an online survey revolving around nine fashion houses including Peek & Cloppenburg, North and West, Karlstadt and C&A, and gave Wörhl the highest scores.

The survey focused on customer opinions on section service, price-performance ratio and shopping atmosphere. With a score of nearly 86% customer satisfaction, Wöhrl is a leader in its field; it was the only department store which was evaluated with an A (81,3 out of 100) for service quality.
