WP Lavori in Corso opened a new WP concept store in Rome. Located close to Piazza di Spagna, in Salita San Sebastianello, the 300sqm space has been completely renovated in a prestigious building which has housed the historic Atelier delle Sorelle Fontana for years. In this new setting, WP Store Roma offers, apart from its own brands, Woolrich, Pennrich, BD Baggies and Barbour, the most recent labels from the United States to Japan, such as Nanamica or Beams, which are presented by WP for the first time outside of Japan. All these products are complemented by accessoires, jewelry, gifts and other designs.

In the last few months, the WP retail development strategy has seen the opening of two new WP stores, in Riccione and Varese, followed by the opening of a third store in Florence. According to the company, there will be two more WP stores opening by the end of September, one in Pescare and one in Verona, followed by three new locations in Italy in 2012 which have not been defined yet, as well as the opening of the first WP store in New York.

The WP Lavori in Corso Group closed 2010 with a 15% increase compared to 2009 with sales of € 110 million.
