Architectural footwear brand United Nude will for the first time present a men’s footwear collection for spring/summer 2011. The capsule collection consists of three key styles: ‘Hollow’, which combines a classic men’s shoe with a flat, hollow carbon heel and an outer sole which is formed out of leather, and is available in black and brown leather, as well as black pony; ‘Fold’, which is a key style of the United Nude women’s collection, and now is also available for men with a new, flat heel, and is available in 15 different colors; and last but not least, ‘Universal’, which is like ‘Fold’ a unisex model and can be worn both with jeans or a suit and comes in four different colors. Retail prices for the men’s footwear collection range between €150 and 370.

United Nude was founded by architect Rem D Kolhaas and shoemaker Galahad Clark and by now is available in 40 countries and is sold at 400 POS worldwide. In 2009 and 2010, the label opened flagship stores in Amsterdam, New York and Shanghai; an additional flagship store in London is to be opened soon.
