UGG Australia has won the 2009 Partners in Excellence Award from Nordstrom, making the global brand best known for its sheepskin boots, the first two-time winner in Nordstrom’s history.

The American retailer founded the award in 1992 to recognize the important role of vendors in overall customer experience. Several factors taken into consideration for the award include quality, value, service, partnership, business ethics, fashion authority and results. Out of a possible 60,000 vendors, UGG Australia and Jimmy Choo were chosen as this year’s recipients.
