It’s hard to believe UGG Australia is 30 years old this year. To commemorate the milestone, the cult Australian sheepskin bootmaker, founded by surfer Brian Smith, is releasing on Dec. 1 two limited edition styles: the Sundance for women and the Ultra Short for men and women. Based on two classic models, the ultra exclusive boots, which come with a special trademark 30th logo and iconic braid pattern, will also be individually numbered. All styles will retail for $250. You won’t need to line up in the cold to get your pair, though. The boots will be sold exclusively online, with proceeds going to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The sale runs concurrently with UGG Australia’s sixth annual Art & Sole charity auction of one-of-a-kind UGG boots handpainted by Hollywood A-listers including Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Simpson, Brooke Shields, Blake Lively, Kelly Ripa and Ashley Tisdale.
