Frankfurt-based concept store for men, Uebervart, now has opened its counterpart for shoes and accessories. The store with 60sqm is located on Kaiserstrasse 20/Kaiserplatz in Frankfurt and is only a 2-minute walk away from Uebervart’s concept store on Kleiner Hirschgraben 14. Next to shoes for men, the new store also offers accessories for men like belts, shoe laces, socks, totes and towels, as well as a nice selection of books, music and international magazines, too. “Shoes have been my passion for years,” owner of both Uebervart stores, Daniel Steindorf, says. “And now the dream finally has become true.”

The variety of shoe styles and brands offered at Uebervart Shoes is very broad, but at the same time exclusive: More sporty styles as the Nike Quickstrike editions, adidas Originals, Vans California, Puma Black Station, Converse by John Varvatos are offered next to fine leather loafers, boat shoes, moccasins or chelsea boots by brands like Sperry, Folk London, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Grenson, Mark McNairy, Tricker’s, or n.d.c made by hand.

In contrast to the ‘clean chic’ look of Uebervart’s main store, the new store expresses a more masculine and industrial vintage Amsterdam look with a lot of wooden furniture and interior, teal-colored walls, and coppery, laid-open pipes. The store design as well as the lighting was carried out by Ralf Böckle of schoeneRaeume in Frankfurt, the furniture is from Paul Schad, Trier.
