Like the last time, the Moroccan Denim Cluster will take place again this year. The Denim Cluster promotes innovation in the Moroccan denim industry and aims to showcase new projects around sustainable design, ecological processing, recycling and all new ideas for sustainable development. The textile industry is one of Morocco's most important industries and accounts for 15% of GDP and 25% of national exports. The promotion of this sector is therefore of strategic importance for Morocco's industrial development. In addition, Marrakech has been named Africa's first cultural capital for 2020. New museums and cultural events are expanding the city's cultural offer around the Musée Yves Saint Laurent, which features selected creations and drawings by the designer and changing exhibitions.
