Among the many initiatives of this edition, there will be Romanzo Breve di Moda Maschile –A Short Novel of Men’s Fashion, a special exhibition meant to celebrate the show’s 30th anniversary. Under the direction of Olivier Saillard, a historian of fashion, this exhibition will recount the history and evolution of menswear, the intersection of Made in Italy presenting guest designers, fashion talents from the international contemporary scene together and the experiences of leading menswear entrepreneurs. The project is dedicated to the memory of Marco Rivetti, president of Pitti Immagine from 1987 to 1995.
