This year's winner of the Premium Young Talent is Janina Waschkowski with her label Nove. Waschkowski founded the sustainable label in Berlin. The womenswear brand produces in Europe and offers modern, but also timeless silhouettes that can also be worn during pregnancy.

"I would like to encourage women to feel comfortable in their bodies in all phases of their lives. The fact that I have now become Premium Young Talent with this concept makes me very happy. The presence at the fair offers many new opportunities and contacts–and thus an ideal start for the sale of my collection," says Waschkowsi.

Each season the Premium Team selects one Young Talent. The award provides free exhibition space at the fair for two seasons and an exclusive showcase at Galeries Lafayette in Berlin.

For the January 2020 edition, Daere will be a partner of Young Talent for the first time. Daere is an initiative and was founded by Annika Rogge, Isabell Briest and Kinga Katharina Slota. The creative platform aims to promote exchange and networking between women. In this context, there will be a Premium Young Talent x Dare Business Lunch for the first time, bringing together agencies, press, influencers and retailers with Nove.
