Timberland has promoted Timo Schmidt-Eisenhart as the brand’s new President EMEA. This position was newly created following the retirement of Richard O’Rourke as Senior Vice President International.

Timo Schmidt- Eisenhart, formerly Vice President/General Manager Timberland EMEA, will report directly to Karl Heinz Salzburger, Vice President VF Corporation and Group President International.
Schmidt–Eisenhart has been with the VF group since 2007 and has worked on the Timberland brand since June 2012. As explained by the group "Throughout this time, Schmidt-Eisenhart has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has been responsible for driving strong results for Timberland EMEA as a whole, including managing the transition of the Timberland business into the VF portfolio. His passion, leadership and business knowledge is key to the continued development of Timberland’s growth strategy in the Outdoor Lifestyle market, rooted in men’s footwear and apparel, and women’s footwear."

Richard O’Rourke has worked for Timberland for the last 23 years.
