The Supervisory Board of the Tom Tailor Holding AG has appointed Udo Greiser to the Management Board, effective March 1, 2012. The 54-year-old succeeds Christoph Rosa in this position and will be responsible for the Group’s product development, procurement and licensing.

Greiser brings along many years of experience in the fashion industry. From 1997 to 2011, he has been working in various functions for Esprit’s young fashion line Edc and was part of Esprit’s Global Executive Management Board since November 2010. Most recently, Udo Greiser worked as an advisor for CBR Fashion Group.

“The Supervisory Board of Tom Tailor Holding AG is delighted that Udo Greiser will join the company's Management Board. It was our aim to attract a board member with experience in both product lines – men and women. In his previous positions, Udo Greiser has proven his expertise in these areas impressively,” remarked Uwe Schröder, Chairman of the Tom Tailor Holding AG Supervisory Board.
Also Dieter Holzer, CEO of the Tom Tailor Holding AG, shows happy with the choice: “In Udo Greiser we have won a board member who is completely at home with the whole range of responsibilities which are part of this position. I am convinced that he will make a major contribution to Tom Tailor’s further growth and look forward to working with him”, he commented.

Greiser’s predecessor, the 39-year-old Christoph Rosa, is leaving the Hamburg-based company at the end of February and will start his new position as CEO of the CBR Fashion Holding (amongst others Street One, Cecil) on March 1, 2012.
