Since August, Titus GmbH, one of Europe’s largest suppliers of skateboards and streetwear, has a new management board. Julius Dittmann and PV Schulz have teamed up to lead the company into the future.

Julius Dittmann has grown up with the skateboard. By the end of the 90s he produced the successful videos “Start Skateboarding” and “Improve Skateboarding”. In 2005, he started his own business with his own skateboard wholesale trade company where he sponsored more than 30 remarkable skateboarders, such as Alex Mizurov, Yannick Schall and Michael Mackrodt, and distributed brands like Bones, TSG, Toy Machine and Thrasher or shoe label Osiris. At the beginning of this year, he left the operative team of 24/7 Distribution GmbH and named Nils Gebbers as the new managing director of the company.

PV Schulz used to be head of Hamburg-based skate shop American Sports at the end of the 80s and before he worked as Head of Distribution Northern Europe for Dickies and as sales agent, distributor and sales manager for Stüssy, DC Shoes, Eastpak and Nike. In July of 2008, he joined Titus GmbH as Operative Managing Director.

Julius Dittmann will be responsible for e-commerce, IT and marketing, while Schulz will focus on distribution, local retail and buying. Titus founder Titus himself will from now on fully concentrate on the “skate-aid” initiative by the Titus Dittmann foundation.
