Italian fashion company Sixty Group has opened its first Sixty Café in Shanghai, representing a fusion of fashion, design, art and food. The 360-sq.-meter lifestyle space is divided into two lounge areas, a bar and a dining room in which guests can experience typical Italian food at mid- to high-range prices.  The interior design, created by Wicky Hassan, Sixty's founder and the group’s chief designer, resembles the fashion store concept, with its bright colors and vintage elements.

Huge windows provide a view onto busy South Maoming Road in central Shanghai. The Chinese seaport was chosen for the first café location because of its modernity, development and industrial growth. Future plans for further cafés, however, have not been defined yet. “Details regarding the project’s next evolutions are still not available,” said Renato Rossi, CEO and co-founder of Sixty Group.
