German fashion brand S.Oliver has recently filled two important positions within its management board. Reiner Pichler will be new CEO of the S.Oliver Group. The exact starting date of his work for the Rottendorf-based company is not fixed yet, as Pichler currently still holds the position of CEO at Holy Fashion Group (Strellson, Windsor).

In his new role, Pichler will be responsible for all product and distribution matters, as well as the strategic direction, positioning and further internationalization of the S.Oliver Group.
As CEO of the Holy Fashion Group, the 51-year-old has been in charge of brands such as Strellson, Joop!, Windsor and Tommy Hilfiger (until 2012).

S.Oliver has also appointed Christine Schumm to support the company’s management board as group Chief Sourcing Manager (CSO), effective September 1, 2013.

In her new position, Schumm will lead all of the group’s sourcing processes and will among other tasks be responsible for logistics and sustainability.

Schumm has been with S.Oliver since 1990. After different positions in the field of sourcing, she most recently occupied the position of director global sourcing.

With the entrance of Reiner Pichler, S.Oliver’s management board will consist of Bernd Freier, Christine Schumm, Reiner Pichler, Mathias Eckert, Thomas Kronefeld and Thomas Steinhart.
