With effect by September 1, 2011, Arndt Brockmann has been appointed as the new Director International Retail of German S.Oliver Group. His aim in this position is to further accelerate the national and international expansion of the brand. In addition, he oversees the entire control of S.Oliver’s retail business. Brockmann succeeds Paul Hendrik Harms who left the company beginning of this month on his own request. 

Arndt Brockmann previously worked for Spanish Inditex Group for which he had worked in Ireland since 2005 and had headed its German subsidiary since 2007. In this function, he has established the brands Zara and Massimo Dutti in the German market, amongst other things. From 2003 to 2005, he had worked as Retail Manager for Puma AG. Earlier he was responsible for the implementation of the international retail business at Strenesse AG. The 37-year-old started his career in 1997 in the department of trade marketing at Hugo Boss AG.
