Chic, the largest trade show in Asia presents its 22nd edition, taking place on 26 – 29 March at the New China International Exhibition Centre (NCIEC) in Beijing. The fashion that is offered includes approximately 600 Chinese’s brands and 400 international exhibitors. The eight exhibition halls are separated into menswear, womenswear, casualwear, outdoor, kidswear, accessories and shoes.
Within the 22nd edition, an innovative realignment “Easy + Match” will launch. It will underline that easy and ready-to-move stands will be the new topic, as opposed to big stands from big Chinese brands. A special offer for easy stand construction is available. Match refers to the activities of CHIC in favour of their exhibitors, especially those from other nations. Three levels of information will be installed in the fair: by technology (app); by organizing events with partners; and by personal contacts.

The fair organizers have concluded a strategic partnership with important associations like the China Commercial Circulation Association of Textile and Apparel (, the China Commercial Real Estate Association (, the China General Chamber of Commerce (, and the association 'System of Expert Consultancy ( All partners hereby combine their forces and promote CHIC.

Specialties will be the new Chinese designers’ elite, showing in the large corridors in front of the hall. The new sector within the menswear section will be devoted to Shirts. Chinese brands Toro Milano, Let Us Fly and Esquel will show, among others, at Chic Shirt Soloists. Another focus will be the Denim World, showcasing brands such as Lanyan, Tianyan Denim and V-Pull.

The “World of Fashion“ features fashion from Italy, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, UK/Scotland and for first time Austria and Canada. Germany counts over 22 exhibitors. For the third time in a row, German brands will be showcased under MADE IN GERMANY with designers such as Anja Gockel, Annette Görtz, Beate Heymann and Moon Berlin (Christian Bruns) joining for the first time. Turkey conquers the Chinese market with a joint pavilion “Made In Turkey” focused on leatherwear and furs.

During the four days of Chic Beijing, 26-29 March, 2014, several activities such as a VIP agents’ lunch, an Agent Training Session, the Match-Making Seminar, the Award for China’s best wholesaler and fashion shows featuring Anja Gockel will take place.
