The Düsseldorf fashion and lifestyle event Popup-Now is celebrating its second edition on May 21. Started up last year by founders Tugce Cakir and Ninja Benkelmann, the show is organized in cooperation with marketing and communication agency Grey and the city of Düsseldorf.
During the morning and early afternoon of the 21st, a professional brunch will serve as a B2B platform for presenting the latest in retail concepts and market trends to accredited buyers, retailers and the press. At 2 p.m. the Popup-Now event takes off and brings together fashion, interior design and lifestyle exhibitors such as Kerbholz, Edited, Tigha, Einstein & Newton and MVDT, among others – the final number of participants has not been disclosed. End consumers can visit the marketplace (admission: €2) and will be able to shop surrounded by food, beverages and live music. According to the organizers, Popup-Now attracted 48 exhibitors and over 1,400 visitors in 2015.
In addition, Grey, Popup-Now and Düsseldorf’s multilabel store Beyond Studios will give away a very special award to one lucky show exhibitor: A brand workshop given by Grey and a one-month pop-up area within Beyond Studios with an exclusive launch party next fall.
