This fall German department store Peek & Cloppenburg celebrates openings and re-openings after a series of renovations in Germany. The first will be on September 27 with the 7,500 sqm store at Oberhausen’s CentrO, which now has a new extension building wth more space for the various brands sold by P&C.
On October 2, a post-renovation pre-opening party will take place in Bergisch Gladbach, where P&C will open its doors to the public two days later on October 4. The store will present its range of goods on an area of 3,800 sqm. Customers will be able to find the Boutique on the new basement floor, which stocks an even larger range of goods from brands such as Pepe Jeans, Diesel and Hilfiger Denim, as well as a kids department.
For the moment, the last upcoming opening date for P&C is October 11, when the department store will open yet another location in Düren. The building sizes in at over 2,900 sqm and will offer over 120 various fashion brands for men, women and children on two floors. The Peek & Cloppenburg family business began in 1901 with two locations in Berlin and Düsseldorf and from October on will be running 73 operations in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
