On 20 November 2013, One Nation Paris, one of the largest fashion and luxury outlets in France, is scheduled to open a fashion outlet store located 30 minutes distance from the city centre and close to Versailles Castle in Yvelines, Paris.

The new outlet is expected to occupy a total area of 70,000 sqm, of which 24,000 sqm will be devoted to sales areas and will host 112 stores.

By 2014 the outlet is expected to welcome over five million visitors and generate 800 jobs. The location will host luxury apparel and goods, sportswear and sports equipment, as well as restaurants and services such as a hairdresser, a beauty centre, an onglerie centre and tailoring services. Among the companies that have already signed their agreement is Rossignol and Liu Jo.

One Nation Paris will request a €107 million investment. The operation will be managed by Catinvest, a major European and private family-run real estate company. Established 20 years ago, Catinvest operate in both commercial and residential markets. The group presently work with over 1,100 tenants, including major international fashion pret-à-porter brands, in commercial centres across France and Central Europe. Other companies involved in the project are Agence Malherbe Design, who will take care of the design of the outlet, and Advantail, a specialist independent company that sell spaces and manage shopping malls.

The concept is expected to be exported to other European fashion capitals.
