New York based PVH Corp., one of the largest apparel companies worldwide, which owns and markets Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands worldwide as well as its licensed brands Speedo, Michael Michael Kors, DKNY amongst others, announces some personal changes in its management.

Martijn Hagman, Gernot Lenz, Avery Baker and Oliver Timm, each of them already working in leadership positions at PVH Europe, PVH’s fully owned subsidiary for the European business founded in 2010, will receive new or extended duties: 

Martijn Hagman, already CFO PHV Europe will additionally become CFO Tommy Hilfiger and thus act on a more global level. He works for Tommy Hilfiger since 2008. Furthermore, the current COO PVH Europe, Gernot Lenz, is accessorily appointed as COO Tommy Hilfiger. He joined Tommy Hilfiger as of 2007.

“The appointment of Lenz and Hagman to global roles within Tommy Hilfiger follows the succession of Daniel Grieder into the global role of CEO, Tommy Hilfiger on 1 July, 2014, in addition to his continued position as CEO PVH Europe”, the company explains these changes in management.

In addition Oliver Timm, who looks back on 16 years as executive within Tommy Hilfiger and PVH Europe, became president PVH Europe country management to oversee all PVH EMEA country managing directors.

“The newly created position reflects PVH’s strategy to further strengthen its European operations for both the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands across the market”, the company points out.

Avery Baker received a newly created position as well: she joined Tommy Hilfiger in 1998 holding different positions and will now succeed as chief brand officer Tommy Hilfiger and additionally stay chief marketing officer Tommy Hilfiger.
