With Silvia Lange, German young fashion retail company New Yorker has filled the head of marketing position from its own ranks.

Silvia Lange has previously held various roles within New Yorker's marketing department and will continue to report directly to managing owner Friedrich Knapp. Her new duties include marketing and accounts as well as sponsoring and brand management.

Silvia Lange’s predecessor Volker Putzmann left New Yorker to join subsidiary fashion retailer Takko.
