Multibrand apparel licensing company La Jolla Group, whose brands include O’Neill Clothing USA, Lost Clothing, Metal Mulisha Clothing and Rusty North America, has appointed Jim Shubin, VP sales and marketing of True Love & False Idols.

Shubin, who will serve a key role in development and partnerships and implement the lifestyle brand’s global distribution strategy, will report to Toby Bost and Bill Bussiere, CEO and President respectively, of La Jolla Group in Irvine, CA.

Known for his oversight of WeSC, Shubin recently consulted for CLASS and the Nielsen Group on the launch of CLASS&ASR in San Diego. Previous to WeSC, he served as VP marketing and international sales for Ezekiel and was a director at Dwindle Distribution.
