As arose from French sources, German streetwear/fashion online shop Frontlineshop has been aquired by French menswear online shop

Previously, Acton Capital Partners was the main shareholder in the Frontline GmbH. Both Frontlineshop and Acton Capital did not want to comment on the sale yet.

Menlook was founded in 2010 by CEO Marc Ménasé. According to own statements, the shop registers more than 2.5 million unique visitors per month, selling a wide selection of ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories for men.
The Menlook Group consists of the differnet country-specific websites (in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, the USA and Singapore), British online shop (which Menlook aquired two years ago), and the own brands and Saint Sens.

Update: Frontline has confirmed the takeover and explained that it will have an immense effect on the shop's assortment: Frontlineshop will cancel its womenswear business.
With the takeover, the Menlook Group expressed its plan to push its yearly turnover to reach €100 million over the next 12-18 months. This shall be reached by an expansion of the platform's brand shop concept, a further growth of the group's own brands ( and Saint Sens of Menlook and Frontline's Roscoe) and by intensifying the shop's premium services.

The Group did not disclose its current financial results. It recently received funds of €23 million by investors.
