Due to a long-term sickness of Christoph Rosa, CEO of the CBR Fashion Group, the company has agreed with its shareholder to fill the position of CEO on a temporary basis. Michael Kamm will take over as temporary CEO of the group effective October, 1.
Kamm is a brand and textile expert having more than 20 years of experience as a manager and self-employed entrepreneur in the textile industry, the sporting goods and consumer goods sectors. Most recently he was CEO of Ploucquet Holding GmbH and Sympatex Technologies GmbH.
Furthermore Street One and Maximilian Lang are parting ways by mutual agreement as CBR announced. Lang joined Street One as managing director in 2015 and assumed responsibility for the operational and strategic business of the brand. “On behalf of the management board, I would like to thank him for his commitment within the CBR Fashion Group”, stated Matthias Born, CFO of CBR Fashion Group.
Successor of Lang is Jim Nowak, who will be the new managing director of Street One as of 1 October. Jim Nowak worked in global management positions at Esprit and Mexx among others, but also at Street One at the beginning of his career.
“We are convinced that these new appointments will further enhance CBR Fashion Group and its brands, and that we will continue to successfully meet the challenges and be competitive.”, said Matthias Born.
