London based denim brand MIH (Made in Heaven) launches Bodycon super-stretch jeans and pants. The brand is using a new fabric technology: the weft of the denim is spun in a coil formation. This formation gives some of the power to the stretch and helps it to spring back after exertion. MIH says the jeans are more “like a shapewear textile than traditional denim”.

The fibre blend combines elastane and polyester. The new yarn construction improves bagging.

MIH jeans also worked on the fit: the front pockets have been removed to reduce bulk and distorted seams, the waistband has been altered to offer internal support and the back yoke seam has been removed and replaced with darts to create a curve and give shape.

The pants will retail at 232 Euro and the jeans at 243 Euro. There are limited pairs available online now. A second delivery will be available from mid-October online.
