With a turnover increase of 9.2%, the 2011/2012 fiscal year has been the best thus far for Swedish fashion brand Marc O’Polo, founded in 1967. The company made a total profit of €404 million with the Marc O’Polo Modern Casual and Smart, Marc O’Polo Shoes, Marc O’Polo Accessories, Beachwear, Eyewear, Home, Jewels, Junior, Legwear, Time, Fragrance and Underwear collections. Of the total profit, 71% sales shares were recorded in Germany and 29% in the export sector. Due to intensive expansion within European markets, the profitable growth of the Premium Casual brand will continue to be supported.
