Buyers and suppliers praise the London fashion sourcing event’s seminar and exhibition content as visitors increase by 82%.

Launched in 2011 as a fledgling event with just seventeen exhibitors and three countries represented, the 2012 edition of Fashion SVP, held at Olympia between September 23-25, 2012, saw the number of exhibitors more than double to thirty-six, the event also successfully introduced industry seminars, focusing on key sourcing issues.
Clothing producers represented from over twelve different countries, provided a strong range of expertise and specialisation to many different brand and retail buying groups including Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Esprit, among other leading UK and international groups.

Seminar sessions were led by Debenhams’ divisional trading director Adam Creasey, who compared Near East with Far East sourcing. New developments and initiatives will be announced shortly for the next edition of Fashion SVP, scheduled to take place at Olympia, London on September 22-24, 2013.

Fashion SVP is a ‘fast fashion’ sourcing event comprising an exhibition showcase and industry seminars, presenting retail, brand and wholesaler/importer buyers with local region (European and Mediterranean) producers of casual and formal fashion garments, workwear, outdoor wear and accessories.
