Londonedge organisers have announced the dates for their second New York show; L.E.N.Y. in 2008 and have confirmed a change of venue.

L.E.N.Y. ( will be held from 21st-22nd July 2008 at The Javits Center in central New York. The fashion trade exhibition will take over the River Pavilion and extend in to the Galleria area.

L.E.N.Y. launched in July 2007 with around 200 collections and 11,000 square feet. Following positive feedback from buyers and reports of large order writing from exhibitor, organisers are looking to expand and strengthen L.E.N.Y. at its new home.

Managing director Carole Hunter said: “Londonedge has become a globally exciting alternative fashion event and an unmissable short-order show and we have ambitions to replicate that success in the US with L.E.N.Y.

“New York is home to a thriving alternative scene and our first L.E.N.Y. show was incredibly well received. This time around, buyers can expect to be dazzled by fashion, accessories, footwear, giftware and jewellery in styles of rock 'n' roll, club, goth, street, music related merchandise, punk, surf, skate, rockabilly, retro, urban, cult, ethnic, hippy, bikerwear, cyber, vintage, military and more!”
