Levi’s has launched a search for the next Levi’s Girl to be the face and voice of Levi’s women online.

"Last year, we empowered the 'Levi's Guy' – our social media coordinator – to be the voice of the Levi's brand to our Facebook community of 300,000+ fans," said Kristin Bannister, Levi's Director of Women's & Digital Marketing. "We're excited to add a second vibrant Levi's voice to capture the female essence of the brand and communicate directly with our female fan base.  We hope to engage with loyal Levi's fans across the country to help select the candidate who will step into this role."

Social media-savvy candidates who live in the United States, are 18 years old or older, and have a keen sense of style are encouraged to enter the contest. Video submissions on why Levi’s should pick you will be accepted until midnight on Sunday, June 20.

Later this month, during the second phase of the contest, Levi's will select the top five submissions and community members will then have one week to vote for their favorite candidate. Announced at the end of July, the lucky winner will receive a six-month paid position to work in Levi's marketing department and will be relocated to the company's headquarters in San Francisco.
