Karl Lagerfeld’s designer homonymous brand will kick off online retailing of the iconic designer’s collections this fall. The ecommerce site will be launched in collaboration with Italian e-tailing specialist the Yoox Group. Both companies will set up and manage karl.com, which will market products to 96 countries.

The new e-shop will offer the entire range of women’s fashion from ready-to-wear to bags, shoes and accessories, while also offering limited editions. A strong focus will be placed on bags in the online retail business as the key product category for the Karl Lagerfeld brand.
