For s/s 2012, Jacob Cohën will launch a new "couture" capsule collection in collaboration with Italian designer Alberto Biani. The new collection is inspired by women with a chic, dynamic, sophisticated and naturally elegant style.

The new collection was designed by Nicola Bardelle, creative mind of Jacob Cohën, in collaboration with Alberto Biani, founder of homonymous womenswear brand Alberto Biani. "He has been a dear friend for years and is a true talent,” explains Nicola Bardelle. “With him, I established the same creative feeling that unified me with my father when we developed some projects together in the past."

Thus, Jacob Cohën is now complementing its collection with exclusive and researched items - dresses, blazers, trench coats, sahara-style jackets, peacoats, skirts and trousers made of exclusively produced fabrics and high-quality traditional materials treated through innovative processes. The capsule "couture" selection is being added to the Jacob Cohën Woman collection with the aim to offer an entire look. This process had already started some seasons ago with the addition of more tops and accessories such as belts, scarves, hats and starting in s/s 2012 also footwear.

Most important pieces of the collection remain tailor-made style five-pockets made of high-quality denims, among which Kurabo, and linen, silk, line-cotton-silk mixes treated most differently.
