French company has announced current Director of Strategy and Innovation Ilan Benhaim as new head of Vente-privee consulting. In his new position the associate co-founder of and a representative of the site's history and savoir-faire, Benhaim’s main mission will be to help companies to develop a digital strategy and a cross-channel network, in accordance with their global strategies.

Ilan Benhaim joined the company during his last year of studies in the year 2000. In 2006, he was named Director for Strategy and Innovation with the objective to standardise the savoir-faire acquired during the early years, to automate the processes and make the site secure. He participates in the development of the enterprise and the transmission of skills/knowledge across 7 other European platforms as well as the site launched in the United States in partnership with American Express.

He will continue with his previous missions while also taking on the responsibility of developing the e-commerce consultancy service of the Vente-privee group.

Vente-privee consulting has set up projects for over 40 brands from a wide variety of sectors (ready-to-wear, luxury goods, services, travel, food industry etc). Brands that have worked with Vente-privee consulting include: Marionnaud, Home&Cook from Seb Group, Le Coq Sportif, YellowPages France, Yamaha Motors France, Lacoste, Dim, Prenatal etc. A team made up of approximately 15 consultants and specialists from a variety of different fields, their aim is to propose an operational accompaniment such as the monitoring and improvement of sales tools (internet website, catalogue cross-canal features, logistics etc) as well assistance in the selection of service providers which can lead to the construction of a successful site.
