Ten years ago Messe Munich opened its first ISPO trade show in China. The exhibition for sports apparel and equipment launched in Shanghai and featured 153 exhibitors. Following the move to Beijing in 2007 – changing its name to ISPO Beijing - and two more venue changes in 2008 and 2011, Ispo Beijing began to rack up an annual increase in exhibitors of close to 40%. Many international industry greats, such as Adidas Outdoor, Black Yak and Mammut, are among the established exhibitors today. For the occasion of its tenth anniversary ISPO Beijing is offering international retailers the opportunity to get to know the Asian market.

Until 20 December retailers can register online to win one of the 50 VIP packages. The first 50 participants will receive the following services free of charge:
- Access to the exhibition
- Two nights of accommodation at the China National Convention Centre Grand Hotel
- Access to the conference program
- Retail Shop Tour
Among the conferences are the Asia Pacific Snow Conference (APSC), ISPO Action Sports Summit and the ISPO Textrends Forum. The Retail Shop Tour guides the winners to the most important and largest sporting goods stores in Beijing. They will be able to experience their shop concepts and network with the responsible managers.
The next ISPO BEIJING will take place from 27 February - 2 March. More than 600 brands will present their product innovations for the Asia-Pacific region on over 40,000sqm of exhibition space.
