Isko launched its first denim workship on Friday. The two-day workshop took place at the headquarters of Garmon, a partner company of Isko in the development of innovative laundry processes and dyeing management of fabric and garments, in the Republic of San Marino, July 16-17. “We are very happy and honored to host the first edition of the technical workshop dedicated to laundry and dyeing processes, wanted and promoted by a first class partner such as Isko,” said Maurizio Cappellini, Garmon Chief Executive.

The workshop was entirely sponsored by Isko and represents a unique learning occasion for the field. The idea was to create a privileged communication channel between all players of the denim value chain — from fiber to the finished garment — and with the exclusive engagement of Invista.

As Marco Lucietti, Isko Global Brand Manager, said: “With the launch of this new appointment, we have chosen to give the market a sign of confidence during a difficult economic environment, when few companies are investing in professional training activities.”

Among the brands participating in the seminar were Meltin’Pot, Nudie jeans, Jack & Jones, Stalker, Siviglia, Fornarina, Gas, Benetton, Diesel, Replay, Ideamoe and Blueline.
