Henrik Vibskov has been newly elected as an official member of the Chambre Syndicale de la Mode Masculine. President of The Fédération Française de la Couture Didier Grumbach commented, "I have known Henrik Vibskov's work since 2003 when he participated in the Hyères Festival. In a period when many claim that there cannot be any relation between art and fashion, Henrik proves the contrary.”

Vibskov has been showing at Paris Men's Fashion Week since January 2003 and is currently the only Scandinavian designer on the official schedule. This year he has also been awarded the Jury Prize of the Danish Fashion Awards as well as the three-year-long artist and designer working grant by The Danish Arts Foundation. His next show “The Transparent Tongue,” which showcases his spring/summer 2013 collection, will be presented on Thursday, June 28th at the Lycée Turgot on Rue de Turbigo, Paris 3ème.

Maison Martin Margiela was also put forth as new a member and Christian Dior, Hermès, Jean Paul Gaultier, Lanvin, and Yves Saint Laurent were reappointed by the executive board.
