Katharine Hamnett has designed a T-shirt to highlight the launch of Odanadi in the UK, the British counterpart to Odanadi India.

The grassroots organization, based in Mysore, South India, works to rescue, rehabilitate and empower victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Odanadi protects vulnerable women and children by forming partnerships with individuals and communities, creating awareness-raising schemes and providing a safe, nurturing environment for people at risk.

The launch is being held in London’s Museum in the Docklands, to coincide with the EU Anti-trafficking Day (October 14), and includes a photo exhibit. T-shirts will be sold at the event and online, with all proceeds going directly to the charity. The women’s tees are ethically and environmentally made from 100% organic cotton, and will be sold for £20.
