Graduate Fashion Week announces the launch of a new international show on June 3rd in London. 16 of the worlds leading fashion universities will feature in the show, each being represented by one graduate that has been chosen by an esteemed panel of judges.

Besides Parsons, the New York College, universities such as ESMOD Berlin and Oslo, BUNKA in Japan, Shenkar in Israel, Shih Chien in Taiwan, FIT in Italy, Kolding in Denmark, Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design and others will be participating.

Martyn Roberts, director of Graduate Fashion Week, comments: “The participation of such prestigious international educational establishments just goes to prove how influential and valued Graduate Fashion Week is around the world.  We are thrilled to be able to welcome exciting talent from these prestigious education establishments and very much look forward to seeing their designs.”

Amongst those attending this year's event are Nick Knight, Suzy Menkes, Hilary Alexander, Colin McDowell, Henry Holland, Sara Maino (Vogue Italia), Cathy Edwards (Dazed), Mary Katrantzou, Zandra Rhodes, Todd Lynn, David Gandy, Julien Macdonald, Matthew Williamson, James Long, Holly Fulton, Eudon Choi, Emilia Wickstead, Fred Butler, Georgina Goodman, Imran Ahmed (Business of Fashion), Melissa Odabash and Susie Bubble.

Alongside title sponsors George at Asda key representatives from retailers such as Selfridges, Net a Porter, Liberty,, My Wardrobe, ASOS and Fenwick are also at the event judging and giving graduates advice.

There will be an international award for the best collection and MUUSE and Fashion Scout are teaming up to sponsor a special award to produce and show a collection in London and Paris fashion weeks. Tickets for the show can be purchased at
