Swedish fashion and lifestyle label Ginatricot has announced plans to launch a shoe collection for fall 2012. Customers will be able to choose among twelve models, which will be available at 30 select stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany, and also online. More styles will come out as winter approaches and the line will hit a larger range of stores by the next spring season. Retail prices fall between 29 - 49 Euro, corresponding to the collection’s leather and synthetics focus.

Anna Appelqvist, chief of purchasing and design, commented on this next step: “For us as a fashion company, this is a natural development. We would like to give fashion-conscious women the chance to buy a complete outfit. Shoes are an important part of every woman’s wardrobe. We are delighted to move forward in this way.”

The upcoming shoe collection comes after two other launches this past spring/summer season: the Ginatricot sports line “Active Sports” as well as the makeup and cosmetics range, “Beauty.”
