Italian jeans brand Gas Jeans has recently opened a new store in San Sebastian, a popular touristic area along the coastline of northern Spain.

The shop is based on calle Urbieta 6, a central shopping street of the holiday resort and just a few steps from Playa de La Concha, one of the most beautiful urban beaches in Europe.

The store is characterized by a mix of natural materials such as leather seating and Italian chestnut wood mixed with glass and steel elements. The store’s concrete denim wall has a semi-circular shape and presents all indigo shades of the brand’s core business products.

“Spain remains a key market for Gas,” commented Claudio Grotto, president and founder of the company. “Today it represents our second foreign market and will be involved in our future expansion plans. We expect to open five new franchising stores by end 2015. They are all important openings that will add up to the existing six stores (between direct and franchising) already opened here.”

At the beginning of September they also opened their sixth shop-in-shop inside El Corte Inglés. In 2015 they will open four new concessions in other stores of the well-known department store chain.
