Japanese denim brand expand its retail strategy to France.

After a successful store opening in London, Japanese denim brand EDWIN will open a new store in Paris, scheduled for 2 November, 2013. The brand, which is known for its authentic denim that utilises exclusive fabrics, has chosen the district near the important junction Bastille for the new placement. The address, Rue de Charonne “is a well known shopping area for young and hip customers looking for exclusive brands and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The new store will be open Monday – Saturday, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Edwin was established in 1947 by Mr. Tsunemi in Tokyo. The company is widely esteemed for its high class denim and produces fashion for men and women, and accessories. The European headquarters is located in Germany at Weil am Rhein, where the brand also has an outlet store. Besides the store in London and the future boutique in Paris, Edwin maintains its own e-shop and is listed on big online-retailers like Asos, Amazon and Sojeans.
