The personal carousel at CBR is still rotating: After Michael Kamm has already taken over as temporary CEO of the group, effective October, 1 due to a long sick-leave of Christoph Rosa, CEO of the CBR Fashion Group, the company has now announced that Christoph Rosa will leave the company at the end of the year for personal reasons and in a friendly agreement.
“We regret Christoph Rosa’s departure and express our sincere thanks to him for his longtime high commitment to the company and the successful realignment of the CBR Group. We wish him all the best for his personal and professional life“, said Dr. Rolf Hagemann, Chairman of the CBR advisory committee.
"CBR has a tremendously good team and very professional staff. After years of restructuring and reorganization, the company is on the right track,” said Christoph Rosa.
With the addition of Jesper Reismann, who joins CBR assuming the position of CECIL Managing Director on 1 December 2016, the management team of the CBR Fashion Group around Michael Kamm (interim CEO) and Matthias Born (CFO) is complete.
Reismann, who was last Chief Representative and a member of the Peek & Cloppenburg Management Team, was instrumental in the successful setup of P&C’s own “Review” label and in the implementation of the new brand’s architecture, and will in future be in charge of the strategic and operational directions of the CECIL brand.
As a member of the Management Team, Jim Nowak has been in charge of the Street One brand since October 2016. Matthias Weber took over as Manager of the standalone eCommerce business of the CBR brands in September last year.
