Within the opening of The Blue Yard stores complex inauguration in Münzstrasse 21-23 in Berlin on 14 January, and the opening of its own 180-sq.meter pop-up store, Dutch denim brand Denham presented its first short movie “Denham Psycho”.

Conceived and produced by the award-winning creative agency Flickering Wall (flickeringwall.com), “Denham Psycho” is a short gory movie tribute to the controversial cult-classic “American Psycho”.

Jason Denham, founder, Denham commented: “For us Flickering Wall’s proposal perfectly reflected the compulsive ‘otaku’ culture that tends to characterise the inner core of the denim scene. We were confident it would make a brilliant parody of fashion in general and the recent ‘heritage’ trend in particular. Plus it reminds us to keep having fun and not to take ourselves too seriously.”
