Just a few days after closing its doors to the summer edition, Copenhagen Fashion Week has announced it will change the dates of its January edition. The upcoming winter edition of Vision and Gallery Int. Fashion Fair CPH will start one day earlier on January 29-31, 2014.

The fair has confirmed that there are several reasons for the change of dates, but that it is primarily because it is a big consumer weekend all over Europe and that the date change is convenient for shopkeepers.

“More than once our exhibitors have asked for a change of dates. Opening the fair on Wednesday instead of Thursday means taking care of their interests,” says Gallery’s owner Christian Gregersen. As always, Vision and Gallery will be open for 3 days.

The new opening date is also in line with the recent collaboration with Who’s Next Prêt-à-Porter Paris. The French fair closes its doors on the 28 January.
