On 20 December 2017, the groundbreaking Parisian concept store Colette will close its doors.
As a reason for the closure, the store mentioned that visionary Colette Rousseaux, who co-founded the boutique in 213 Rue Saint-Honoré in March 1997 together with her daughter, Sarah Andelman, has decided to retire. And, as a note from the boutique says, “Colette cannot exist without Colette.”

The store’s location might be taken over by a Saint Laurent store prospectively. “We are happy about the serious interest expressed by Saint Laurent in this property. It could also represent a very good opportunity for our employees,” a store spokesperson commented.
Colette has always offered a unique mix of exclusive fashion pieces and accessories – from edgy and top level fashion, streetwear and sportswear to high-tech gadgets, art pieces, waters, and other unique products.
Until 20 December the store will continue its activities as usual by offering exclusive collaborations and offerings, also available through their website.
