Copenhagen International Fashion Fair (CIFF) will launch a new Fall/Winter 2014/15 collection in collaboration with American fashion photographer Terry Richardson.
Richardson is known for campaigns for houses such as Marc Jacobs and Yves Saint Laurent. The new campaign in collaboration with CIFF was shot in the Mik Studios in New York City and consists of six photos and a behind the scenes video featuring Terry Richardson working with top Danish model Caroline Brasch. The film gives a unique peek into the work that went into the new campaign.
The photo series feature styles from selected Scandinavian brands such as Muuse, Hofmann Copenhagen and J.Lindeberg. The distinctive images were shot against Richardson’s signature white background.
Kristian W. Andersen, director of CIFF, comments: ”No other sales platform has ever worked with a photographer like Terry Richardson, a fact that makes our cooperation with him unique. In our opinion, the time is right for attracting international focus to Copenhagen as the fashion capital of Scandinavia. That’s why the time is now for taking this giant step.”
