Capsule, the directional men’s and women’s tradeshow held each season in New York, Paris and Las Vegas, has announced a broadly-based partnership with the leading global provider of trend content, tools and technology, Stylesight. Stylesight is the leading online provider of trend content, tools and technology for creative professionals in the fashion and style industries. The two companies will debut their new partnership with a special vintage section at the upcoming show in Las Vegas and offer unique arrangements and digital services to exhibitors, while innovating to bring the community together in the virtual world.
Capsule Vintage by Stylesight will debut at this season’s show in Las Vegas at the Venetian Hotel, August 18 – 19, 2010. The special exhibition will feature four of the country’s most prominent and respected vintage experts and dealers who will be on hand to display and sell their wares as inspiration to designers, buyers and style leaders. Participants include Heller’s Café, Orange Crush Imports, Strongham Clothing & Supply Co., and Irons & Ducks. “We wanted to take the Capsule experience up a notch,” says Minya Quirk, co-owner of BPMW, the agency that produces Capsule. “Offering a well-rounded presentation of everything that makes our sector of the market tick from top-of-the-line sportswear, footwear and accessories, to key vintage pieces is important to us.
