(Capsule), the top showcase for new contemporary brands, will have a new home in Manhattan come June.

The show is moving from the Lower East Side, where it has been based since 2007, to Center 548, the former home of the DIA Center on West 22th Street.

The move will enable all of (capsule)’s participating designers to show together under one roof, spread over four floors of raw space inside a former factory building. The space also will be able to accommodate up to 140 individual booths.

(capsule) Paris is similarly moving to new digs in the Marais: Garage Turenne. The famed venue has hosted many a runway presentation and is often dubbed "the hub of Paris Fashion Week." Located at 66 Rue de Turenne, Garage offers an open, industrial space with amazing natural light from overhead skylights and will accommodate 95 brands.

"Our new venues will make attending (capsule) easier than ever for our visitors and also allow us to maintain the cohesiveness of the (capsule) community," said Minya Quirk, co-founder of BPMW, the show producer.
