Taking into account the growing importance of pre-collections – which represent two thirds of the overall turnover - Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (cameramoda.it) has launched an initiative to promote and coordinate a schedule for the women’s pre-collections sale campaign.

This will not only work with a business-to-business structure but also fashion shows and presentations. All in all 61 collections have been included in the plan, among them 38 fashion lines such as Calvin Klein Collection, Costume National, DSquarded2, Jean Paul Gaultier Femme, R.E.D. Valentino and Les Copains and 23 accessories lines.

Milan’s project – as the first fashion capital to make official the new pre-sales trend - is aimed at satisfying the operators’ needs by taking into consideration the evolution of markets.
