Bread & Butter has revealed details about its comeback to Berlin’s Tempelhof grounds in the upcoming summer. The insolvent trade show has received financial backing by a “family office” as insolvency administrator Graf Brockdorff explained in a press release.

For once, organizer Karl-Heinz Müller has turned in and adapted to the schedule of the other Berlin trade shows. Just like Panorama Berlin and Show & Order, Bread & Butter will take place from July 7-9, 2015. Meanwhile, Premium, Seek and Bright announced to take place from July 8-10. Müller had originally stated to host his show even earlier from July 2-4.

In terms of hall segmentation, Bread & Butter announced to stick with its “core segments in the established brand areas”: Contemporary Mens and Womenswear, Superior Fashion, Denim & Urbanwear, Sport & Streetwear, L.O.C.K. and Fire Department.  Next to the L.O.C.K area, in Hangar 6 (7,000 sqm), there shall be room for the new concept ‘Design & Agents’, offering sales agencies and designers ready-made (and optionally furnished) booths from 10-120 sqm.

Under the headline ‘Bread & Butter Startup’, the show wants to enhance their offering by creative start-up companies from the fields of fashion, sports, beauty, living, food and mobility. Interested young businesses from these fields can apply for receiving free-of-charge exhibition spaces between the beginning of March and the end of May.

All other exhibition space bookings are also accepted from March 1. Booth rates have been streamlined: The regular rate is €249 per sqm, an early bird rate (€149 per sqm) is available until April 15. Pre-built booths in the Design & Agents space can be rented for €50 per sqm.

A major change has also been made in terms of guest management. According to a corporate statement, entering Bread & Butter with the entrance ticket of an alternative Berlin trade show was “naturally” possible.
