The Bright Tradeshow for the streetwear, skateboarding, sneaker and street fashion segments has announced new winter dates for its 10th edition. The next show, to be held again at the former police headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, will take place Jan. 30-31.

The next Bright will also run in a two-day format, following the summer show held last weekend on Jul. 11-12. Overall, 5,500 visitors attended the show, but there were 650 fewer attendees compared to the winter show. Nevertheless, organizers and chiefs of Bright Marco Aslim and Thomas Martini were happy with the frequency and the quality of visitors.

“We are very content, although we welcomed fewer visitors. The quality of contacts was very good. We got only positive exhibitor’s feedback,” explained Marco Aslim. “Some have already confirmed their attendance in January.”

Jürgen Alker of Dickies said: “We met the most important clients and shops from Germany. In addition, we did have a lot of new contacts from abroad such as The Netherlands.”

Aslim also confirmed that the number of visitors from abroad such as France, The Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and also the US increased.

All in all, around 330 labels exhibited products, including well-known names such as Vans, Converse, Etnies, Sessun, Iriedaily, Forvert, Adidas, Puma, Onitsuka Tiger, Dickies, DVS, Lakai and Carhartt; some new faces such as Wood Wood, A Life, Bench and Fred Perry; and returning exhibitors such as Nikita.
